As we’ve been reporting on, the Pitt football program is actively recruiting the state of Georgia and tomorrow they will be hosting an elite recruit from that state.
Rivals 4-star tight end Tyneil Hopper (Roswell, Georgia) tells Pittsburgh Sports Now that he’ll be making a visit to Pitt tomorrow.
Per 247 Sports, Hopper (6-foot-2, 225 pounds) holds offers from Louisville, Alabama, Auburn, Illinois, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, South Florida and West Virginia.
Hopper recently visited Auburn and will be making visits soon to North Carolina and West Virginia.
It should be pointed out that Hopper’s older brother, Tyrone, currently plays for North Carolina but Tyneil says that won’t be a factor in his college decision.
Pitt already has a tight end commitment from Jay Symonds and is looking to add one more tight end commitment.
