Florida is a state that Pitt would like to start consistently pulling in talent from.
Henry Miller would be a real good start.
Miller is a 6-3 cornerback from Kissimmee, Florida and last night he hosted Pitt defensive coordinator Josh Conklin.
“It’s always good talking to Coach Conklin. What stands out from the first time I ever met him is that he speaks his mind and I can trust him”, said Miller.
So, was did the in-home visit help Pitt’s chances?
“Yes, they did move up a little bit but after the campus visit I’ll know for sure.”
Miller told me that he’ll take an official visit sometime this month and would like to pick his school sometime in January.
Aside from Pitt, Miller is also considering NC State, Mississippi State, Rutgers, Louisville and West Virginia.
Adding Miller to a future secondary of Jordan Whitehead, Paris Ford, Therran Coleman, and possibly Damar Hamlin, that’s serious talent.
