Update On Central’s Damar Hamlin

Today is the final day that college coaches can have contact with potential recruits.  Starting tomorrow, a day period begins in recruiting until January 12th.

On this last day, the Pitt coaches will be meeting with a pretty big name.

I’ve confirmed that Pitt will have an in-home visit tonight with Central Catholic 4-star CB Damar Hamlin.

Last week, Hamlin hosted both Notre Dame and Penn State on in-home visits.

Hamlin is down to 4 schools (Pitt, Penn State, Notre Dame and Ohio State).

UPDATE (3:52 PM):

Have just been informed that Pitt won’t be making an in home visit tonight with Damar Hamlin.  My source told me that “Damar wants to reschedule the in house.  He’s mentally drained and just wants to relax.”

Also told that Hamlin has set up his 3 official visits for after the dead period.  He will be visiting Ohio State, Pitt and Penn State.  Hamlin has already made an official visit to Notre Dame.
