Aliquippa’s Kwantel Raines is a player who’s already become one of the top players in the Class of 2018. Raines (6-3, 190) has two years left of high school but is line to become the next great Aliquippa Quip.
Not surprisingly, this elite safety has become a top target of Pitt head coach Pat Narduzzi. Raines tells me that he’s in regular contact with Narduzzi and he’s become a regular visit to the South Side.
