Friday Pitt Recruiting Notes

It has the potential to be an interesting week on the South Side as Pitt hosts another football camp. Like yesterday, I’ll be trying to find out prospects that are coming to town.

**Gonzaga HS (Washington DC) offensive lineman Johnny Jordan will visit the Pitt Panthers this weekend. Jordan (6-3, 290) is a prospect that’s been trending upward lately. Jordan holds offers from Boston College, Kentucky, Louisville, Maryland, North Carolina, Syracuse, Virginia and Virginia Tech.  Jordan would be a really good get for the offensive line.

**The Pitt basketball team has an important visitor on campus today.

4-star forward Naji Marshall (Greenbelt, Maryland) is currently on campus. It will be a busy day for Marshall (6-5, 200) because following his visit here, he’s scheduled to fly to South Carolina to check them out. Currently, Marshall is ranked by Rivals as the #66 overall prospect in the Class of 2017.
