Pitt Football/Basketball Watch Parties
Earlier today, we announced the date for our first “Pittsburgh Sports Now/Pitt Football Watch Party.” This will take place on September 17th at Cupka’s 2 on the South Side.
We’re excited that Cupka’s has decided to be a partner with us to host these events. We’re also happy to announce that we’ll be hosting “Watch Parties for Pitt Basketball” at Archie’s in the South Side, as well as Cupka’s. For those Pitt fans not familiar with them, Archie’s and Cupka’s are two of the best places to go in Pittsburgh if you’re a Pitt fan. We’re very excited to start this partnership and we hope it’ll continue for years to come. In the coming weeks, we’ll be announcing and displaying new partners that have decided to join and become a partner with Pittsburgh Sports Now.com.
The preliminary plan is to host one “Watch Party” per month during Pitt football season. The exact plan for Pitt basketball season isn’t finalized yet.
We’re hoping that you’ll mark the date (September 17) in your calendar and consider attending. Members of our site will be there to watch the game with you and have fun talking Pitt football. We also plan on having giveaways that we’ll raffle off that afternoon.
In order for you to get specific information about this “Pitt Watch Party” and those in the future, we’re asking you to please register. Anyone that registers will be eligible for the Pitt/Watch Party giveaways. We also ask you to register so that we have an idea of the amount of people planning to attend. It’s free to register so please do it.
Closer to September 17th, we’ll be sending out an official invite, but you can’t be on the list unless you sign up!

We also ask those interested in receiving a free monthly Pittsburgh Sports Now Pitt football/basketball newsletter to please sign up. We will start emailing you these newsletters as soon as we reach the amount of sign ups that we’re looking to receive.
This “Pitt Watch Party” and newsletter is just another example of ideas we’re starting to incorporate at Pittsburgh Sports Now. It’s an exciting new era of Pitt athletics and we want you to be a part of it.
