We’re excited here at Pittsburgh Sports Now to be recording our first Pitt Football podcast tonight. Dan Kingerski and I will be hosting the show and guests tonight will be former Pitt quarterback Pat Bostick and our Pitt Insider Harry Psaros. I’m told that the podcast will be available to listen to around 10 PM. I’ll have exact details later today.

** I’ve learned of another big guest for the Pitt/Penn State game on September 10th.  New Jersey lineman Josh Fedd-Jackson will be visiting that weekend with current Pitt commit and fellow New Jersey native Owen Drexel. Fed-Jackson is a highly talented player that Pitt would like to land. Reportedly, North Carolina is his leader so Pitt has some work to do.

UPDATE (1:27 PM)-

** Speaking of offensive lineman, Pitt is reportedly a finalist for a big offensive tackle from Florida. Corey Bender from Scout.com reports that Connor Robbins (6-8, 325) from St. Augustine, Florida has three schools that he’d like to make official visits to: Pitt, Missouri and Memphis.

UPDATE (9:02 PM)-

Breaking News: Neshannock TE Tyler Sear has decided to decommit from Temple and will instead commit to Pitt.

Sear’s announcement to join Pitt comes just hours after another TE, Pine-Richland’s Grant Carrigan made a verbal commitment to the team.
