We’ll start with a quick recap of yesterday’s biggest Pitt development and that was the visit of 2018 4-star guard Robby Carmody. Does Pitt have a chance? Honestly, they probably still have work to do catching up with Michigan and Notre Dame (rumored leaders) but I think they’re in the race. The good thing for Pitt is that Carmody is local and they can really “work on” him. But can Kevin Stallings and his staff close more ground quickly?

** Yesterday I gave my projection on Pitt’s Depth Chart at start of the season now I’ll give you my prediction of players that won’t redshirt this season.
I see these players playing and not redshirting in 2016: Amir Watts, Keyson Camp, Bricen Garner, Therran Coleman, Aaron Mathews, Damar Hamlin and Elias Reynolds.
On the fence: Kazeon Pugh, Henry Miller, Rashad Wheeler

** While on his visit today to Columbus, Mars 4-star SG Robby Carmody picked up an offer from Ohio State. Carmody’s next visit will be to Syracuse.
