**Florida 3-star WR DJ Edwards messaged and said he met with Coach Narduzzi today.

**Coach Harley is in Alabama tonight with Pitt linebacker commit Cam Bright

UPDATE (6:33 PM)-
**I’ve confirmed that Pitt secondary coach Renaldo Hill was in Detroit yesterday which is loaded with D-1 prospects including Zach Morton, Ambry Thomas, Jaylen Kelly-Powell, Donovan Johnson and Kalon Gervin.

UPDATE (4:57 PM)-
**I’m told that it’s likely at least a couple of Pitt coaches will visit star commitment 4-star safety Paris Ford this week. Look for Coach Narduzzi, Coach Harley and Coach Hill to stop by for a visit this week.

UPDATE (4:14 PM)-
**Spoke to Georgia wide receiver Connor Heyward, a player that Pitt fans know all about. Last night, he had an in-home visit from Coach Sherman. Here’s his quick recap of their talk-

“We have had a ton of conversations over the phone and in person so it wasn’t anything different. We just talked about how Pitt finished up and the direction Coach Duzz has the program going. Coach Sherman is a really honest guy that I could see myself playing for,” said Heyward.

UPDATE (2:45 PM)-
**Pitt linebackers coach Rob Harley just finished up a visit with 2017 Pitt LB commit Cam Bright, who told me that Harley will be back tonight for an in home visit.

UPDATE (12:08 PM)-

**A couple of quick updates, Coach Peterson is in Western PA recruiting today and is on his way to see 2017 Pitt commitment Gabe Houy.

Also, I was just told that Coach Powell wrapped up a visit with 2017 4-star linebacker Nathan Proctor, a priority recruit for Pitt. Despite rumors that he’s leaning towards a certain school, I’m told by a reliable source that Proctor is considering 5-7 schools and they’re all “dead even.”

UPDATE (11:29 AM)-

**Alan Saunders reached 2018 4-star safety Gurvan Hall, who received an offer from Pitt yesterday. Hall told Alan that he got the offer from Coach Salem and said he wants to come visit Pitt but doesn’t have a plan just yet.

UPDATE (10:14 AM)-

**A big target today for the Pitt staff will be Florida defensive end Kevince Brown from Orlando Christian Prep. 247 Sports rates Brown (6-5, 230) as a 3-star recruit with offers from Pitt, Kentucky, Oregon State, Rutgers and Central Florida. Pitt offered Brown back on October 9th. I’m told that Coach Conklin will be at the school.

**From what I understand, Coach Sherman will be in a “sunny” state recruiting today.

UPDATE (7:54 AM)-

**Pitt 2017 recruit Dontavius Butler tells me that he’s scheduled to meet today with Coach Narduzzi and Coach Salem.

**Big visit today scheduled with a huge Pitt target. Coach Powell is in Maryland and is scheduled to meet this afternoon with 4-star linebacker Nathan Proctor. Getting him back to Pittsburgh for an official visit is the goal. I’ll have more news on Proctor later.

UPDATE (7:49 AM)-

**What’s going on with Lamont Wade? As of last night, source tells me that no meetings between him and Pitt are scheduled. Last night, Wade announced he’ll be making an official visit to West Virginia.

UPDATE (7:41 AM)-

**As I mentioned last night, the story of Day 1 was Josh Conklin meeting with Florida 4-star running back A.J. Davis, a player with offers from most of the big schools. We’ll do our best to contact Davis today.
