UPDATE (9:05 PM)-

**Kevin Stallings has offered another high profile recruit. Junior forward Brandon Johns from East Lansing, Michigan received an offer tonight from Pitt. 247 Sports rates Johns as a 4-star recruit, the #1 junior prospect in Michigan and a Top 50 player. Aside from Pitt, Johns has offers from Michigan State, Iowa and Alabama.

UPDATE (8:45 AM)-

**The question of how many recruits will Pitt take in this class is asked a lot. I was told yesterday by a trusted source that Pitt is anticipating taking 25 players this year. Right now, the Panthers have 19 commitments, so six more recruits.

UPDATE (8:35 AM)-

**A rising 2018 player received an offer from Pitt yesterday. Junior defensive end Durell Nchami (6-3, 205) from Burtonsville, Maryland picked up an offer from Pat Narduzzi. This is Nchami’s second offer, the other one from hometown Maryland.

UPDATE (8:19 AM)-

**Last night a local junior gave a commitment to Dana Holgerson. Bethel Park 2018 OT/DT James Gmiter made a verbal commitment to West Virginia. According to 247 Sports, Gmiter (6-3, 310) held offers from West Virginia and Wisconsin.

**An important recruit has finalized his plans for next weekend.
