**Another offer has been extended to a 2018 Pennsylvania prospect. This afternoon, Pitt offered Mechanicsburg, PA safety/outside linebacker Charlie Katshir. 247 Sports rates Katshir has a 3-star prospect with offers from Penn State, Boston College, Rutgers, Virginia and West Virginia. Katshir is considered a Penn State lean.

**A new prospect has entered the picture for Pitt’s Class of 2017. Maryland DE Marcus Bowman says that he’ll be making an official visit to Pitt next weekend. Bowman has a handful of D-1 offers but not one from Pitt. Bowman’s situation with Pitt could esculate depending on what happens with other recruits.
