Vaughn was CB/Punt Return at West Virginia (2004-2007) & he wore #19 .. that’s why Khalil wears #19 … WVU assistant Tony Gibson coached Vaughn too. Rivers is well known here in the WPIAL starring for Perry Traditional Academy. This week, Weathers picked up his first offer from Howard.
