UPDATE (7:54 AM)-

**Pitt hosted a visitor to the football complex yesterday. OT Jack Doty from Iona Prep (New York) made a visit to Pittsburgh. Here’s a scouting report and information from a source that I got on Doty.

“Jack is 6-foot-7-inches, 315 pounds. He benches 300/squats 450. He has put on 25 pounds since football ended and he is really starting to look the part. He is an OT and is getting FBS and Ivy/Patriot interest. Jack was a hoops kid that was an AAU gym rat and didn’t focus on football until this past year. Last year was his first year of varsity football and first time playing offensive line. He has great feet for a big man and has a ton of upside to him. He also plays with a nasty streak in him. Sky is the limit in my opinion.”

UPDATE (7:20 AM)-

**PSN has also confirmed that St. Francis De Sales (Columbus, Ohio) inside linebacker Ty Van Fossen will be attending Junior Day. Van Fossen (6-foot-2-inches, 205 pounds) holds offers from Rutgers, Boston College, Cincinnati, Toledo and a few other MAC schools.

UPDATE (7:13 AM)-

**Ohio offensive tackle Colin Woodside tells me that he’s going to have to miss Junior Day on Saturday because his basketball team is in the playoff and they have a game that starts at 3 p.m.

**Pittsburgh Sports Now has confirmed that Franklin Regional middle linebacker Bryce Lauer will be at Junior Day. Lauer has been in contact with LB coach Rob Harley.
