**Pitt has more competition for this 7 foot center target.

UPDATE (1:39 PM)-

**A couple of leftover items from Junior Day and a couple of players that were supposed to attend but didn’t.

North Carolina LB Caleb Deveaux: “Pitt is always great, but I couldn’t make it there this weekend. I plan on going up for spring practice.”

Ohio LB Antwuan Johnson: Johnson had a personal situation in his family which prevented him from coming.

**Pitt will have their NFL Pro Day on March 22 at the UPMC Sports Complex.

UPDATE (9:41 AM)-

**West Virginia has also offered TE Matt Alaimo (6-foot-4, 235 pounds) from Montvale, New Jersey. Alaimo has 17 offers including an early one from Pitt.

**West Virginia has extended an offer to Lima, Ohio TE Keaton Upshaw. This is Upshaw’s 4th offer which also includes one from Pitt.

**Historically, the Pitt football program has had success recruiting Paramus Catholic (Paramus, New Jersey) which annually produces D-1 talent. The Panthers are now trying to land one of their top players in 2018.

DE Dorian Hardy, (6-foot-5, 245 pounds) who is a 247 Sport 4-star recruit, has received an offer from Pitt. Hardy is ranked as one of the Top 150 players in the country and holds offers from Alabama, Clemson, LSU, Florida, Penn State, Michigan, Ohio State and Miami.
