UPDATE (1:12 PM)-

**A big offer went out by Pitt today to a sophomore recruit. 2019 New Jersey cornerback Nyquee Hawkins (6-0, 180) received the offer him Pitt. Hawkins (Orange, New Jersey) is a highly rated prospect with offers already from Penn State, Michigan, Minnesota, Virginia Tech and West Virginia.

UPDATE (11:58 AM)-

**After both visiting West Virginia over the weekend, Jake Kradel and Blake Zubovic have big visits set for this coming weekend. Kradel will be in Columbus to visit Ohio State While Zubovic will be in State College to check out Penn State.

UPDATE (7:31 AM)-

**Washington DC quarterback and Pitt target Kevin Doyle will be in SEC country today. Doyle will spend the day with Matt Canada at LSU. Let’s see if Doyle picks up an offer after this visit.

UPDATE (7:28 AM)-

**Ohio linebacker Brian Asamoah picked up an offer from Michigan State. The talented outside linebacker also reportedly will not make his college decision now on April 21st.

**ICYMI, here were some local recruiting notes from over the weekend.

**A few recruits that Pitt is after were in Morgantown on Sunday. Belle Vernon OT Blake Zubovic, Butler’s Jake Kradel and Ohio tight end Keaton Upshaw all spent the day at West Virginia.
