UPDATE (9:31 PM)-

**2018 New Castle safety Marcus Hooker picked up the hometown offer.

UPDATE (7:37 PM)-

**Pitt offers a big-time sophomore player from Deerfield Beach, Florida. 2019 linebacker Ge’mon Eaford (6-foot-1, 220 pounds) picked up the Panther offer. Eaford is only a sophomore but this is his 36th offer. Some of Eaford’s offers include Michigan, Ohio State, Alabama, Baylor, Auburn, Georgia, LSU, Miami, Michigan State, Oklahoma and Penn State.

UPDATE (7:28 PM)-

**Corey Bender of Scout.com reports that Pitt offered 2018 Florida tight end Daniel Barker. 247 Sports lists Barker (6-foot-4, 230 pounds) as having offers from Illinois, Marshall, Southern Mississippi, Toledo and Central Florida. Barker is from Deerfield Beach High School in Fort Lauderdale.

**Here’s an update on South Florida transfer Geno Thorpe. I got a message from Thorpe who told me, “There isn’t a timeline really and I’m in between Pitt and Syracuse right now. I’m just taking everything day by day.”

UPDATE (8:51 AM)-

**The latest Pitt football offer goes to a 2019 recruit from California. Spencer Lytle from Anaheim, California received the Pitt offer. Lytle (6-foot-3, 195 pounds) is a linebacker/tight end with offers from Indiana, Western Michigan and San Jose St. In case you were wondering, I asked Lytle and he’s not related to former Pitt quarterback Matt Lytle, who’s also from California.

UPDATE (8:41 AM)-

**An offer by the Pitt basketball program to one of the top players in the Class of 2019. Bryce Willis a 6-foot-5 point guard from Iona Prep School in New Rochelle, New York. Willis is a 247 Sports 4-star recruit and ranked as one of the top 25 recruits in the Class of 2019. Willis already holds offers from Maryland, Stanford, UConn, Minnesota, Providence, VCU and Villanova.
