Finally some good news for the Pitt basketball program as they land a talented recruit.
4-star 2018 forward Bryce Golden (6-foot-9, 220 pounds) from Sharpsburg, Maryland announced that he’s committing to Kevin Stallings and Pitt.

This commitment comes days after Golden made an unofficial visit to the campus.
247 Sports rates Golden as the 79th best prospect in the Class of 2018. He’s a big man but is a shooter and someone that the coaches believe will excel in Stallings offense.
Aside from Pitt, Golden also had offers from hometown Maryland, Xavier, NC State, etc.
Golden becomes Pitt’s first commitment for the Class of 2018.
