Tomorrow is shaping up to be a big day for both the Pitt football and basketball teams.

Neither team has a game but it’s a big day because of who will be on campus. Pat Narduzzi and Kevin Stallings will both be hosting premier recruits.

Columbus, Ohio linebacker Brian Asamoah, a player the Pitt coaches have been recruiting heavily all year, will be with the football program.

The talented outside linebacker holds offers from premier schools such as Michigan, Notre Dame, Penn State, UCLA, West Virginia, Michigan State, Oklahoma and Wisconsin.

The other intriguing visitor for the football program will come from Virginia running back Coleton Beck.

On the basketball side, Pittsburgh Sports Now has confirmed that 2018 Top 50 prospect Brandon Johns will make an unofficial visit.

Johns (East Lansing, Michigan) is a 247 Sports 4-star forward and ranked as the 57th best prospect in the country.

Johns (6-foot-8, 205 pounds) holds offers from Michigan State, Michigan, California, Memphis, Missouri, Texas and Xavier.

The Panthers offered this elite prospect back in January and getting him on campus for a visit is a big deal and credit must be given to the staff.
