**2018 4-star forward Jake Forrester who just announced his final 8 schools tells PSN that he will make an official visit to Pitt on September 1-3. Forrester is a player that Pitt is recruiting as hard as anyone and is a top priority for them in this year’s class. Forrester has a final eight of Notre Dame, Georgia Tech, Seton Hall, Indiana, Xavier, VCU and Virginia Tech.

**We’d like to thank everyone that came out to Archie’s last night for our “Pitt Meet and Greet.” I enjoyed meeting and talking with everyone and really, really appreciate the kind words that you had to say about Pittsburgh Sports Now and the work we’re doing. Next time we do this, I’ll give everyone more of a warning about it and also arrange it with Archie’s so that we’ll have a section of his bar for PSN readers. I know we had Pitt fans there last night that I didn’t get to talk to and I apologize for that (it was too spread out). I was amazed that we had a fan drive all the way from Brookville to come talk Pitt football.
