**East Allegheny 4-star TE T.J. Banks tells me that his two top schools are West Virginia and Temple but is also considering Maryland, Central Florida and Rutgers.

**Duquesne has offered a young point guard from Ohio. 2020 sophomore guard Dominiq Penn (5-11, 160) from Dublin, Ohio received an offer from Duquesne today. Penn also holds offers from Kent State and Stony Brook. Scout.com rates Penn as a early 3-star recruit.
