On top is Notre Dame commit Phil Jurkovec followed by the still undecided Kwantel Raines and a slew of Pitt-bound players like Jake Kradel, Devin Danielson, Noah Palmer and Blake Zubovic. Of course, these are all preliminary preseason picks and the rankings will undoubtedly change as the year goes by.
