**Last night Pitt offered a highly rated junior safety. Lewis Cine, the top ranked player in Massachusetts got the offer from Pitt. 247 Sports ranks Cine as a 4-Star prospect with offers from Wisconsin, Penn State, Michigan, Florida, Louisville, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Virginia Tech.
