**Pitt made a handful of offers to juniors yesterday including one to Michigan linebacker Lance Dixon. The 3-star recruit from West Bloomfield High School holds offers from Michigan State, Michigan, Penn State and Wisconsin.

PSN caught up with Dixon to ask him about the offer and his thoughts on Pitt.

”I found out yesterday as Coach Harley came up to our school and said he really liked my film and the way I play. My defensive backs coach Keith Cameron is a former Pitt player and says it’s absolutely great down there,” said Dixon.

”I believe I’m a person that can play any position on defense and believe the strength of my game is my size and speed.”

I asked Dixon if being from Michigan and having offers from the two hometown schools, will they be tough to beat?

”I don’t hold any bias towards them just because they’re close. I’m just going to be looking for the right fit.”
