Pitt Football Recruiting Notebook: December 15

Pitt’s second official visit weeekend starts today so stay with PSN all weekend for any news from Oakland. Will there be a “Pat Signal?”
With College bowl games starting Saturday and the Steelers/Patriots game on Sunday, if you’re ordering a pizza make it a “Vocelli’s Pizza” night. PSN thanks Bill Cummings owner of Vocelli’s in Hopewell, Rochester and Dormont for sponsoring our Pitt Recruiting Notebook.

**PSN has confirmed thru direct messages that Florida 3-star cornerback V’Lique Carter (West Palm Beach, Florida) is making an official visit to Pitt this weekend. Carter (5-10, 170) is currently committed to Iowa State but received an offer from Pitt on December 2nd. Aside from Pitt and Iowa State, Carter was offered by Kentucky, Colorado State, Oklahoma and Purdue. We hope to talk more with Carter this afternoon.

**The Tennessee staff has their in-home visit last night with Pitt target Shocky Jacques-Louis. Pitt, Tennessee and Kentucky are his Final Three.

UPDATE (7:19 AM)-
**The two uncommitted recruits to watch this weekend for Pitt are Georgia cornerback Rashad Ajayi and JUCO quarterback Kai Locksley. I feel Pitt has a pretty good chance of landing both these players.
