**Another offer today by Pitt to a junior. Safety Jeremiah Smith (6-2, 180) from Loganville, Georgia received the offer. Smith also holds offers from Cincinnati, Oregon State and Mississippi State.

**2019 DE Keenan Hester (6-5, 270) from St. Petersburg, Florida received an offer today from Pitt. Hester’s only other Power 5 offer is from Georgia.

**A Pitt offer goes out to a big offensive tackle from Florida. 2019 OT Antoine Whitner (6-5, 318) from IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida gets the offer. Aside from Pitt, Whitner also has been offered by Virginia Tech, Maryland, NC State and Virginia.

**Could Pitt be losing another defensive assistant coach? Chris Solari the Michigan State beat writer for the Detroit Free Press tweeted today to “keep an eye on Renaldo Hill” as a possible candidate for one of Michigan State’s two open spots on the defensive staff. Hill is a former cornerback at Michigan State.

**Interesting offer last night by Pitt to a senior defensive end. Jaevon Becton from Virginia Beach, Virginia picked up the offer. Becton (6-4, 250) was committed to Georgia but de-committed on December 13. Becton also has been offered by Oregon, Virginia Tech, Nebraska, West Virginia, NC State and Tennessee.
