**Last year, Pitt got a commitment from offensive tackle Chase Brown, who attended Lackawanna C.C. and they hope to get another player from that program this year. This morning, Pitt extended an offer to 2019 OT Anthony Whigan. The big offensive tackle (6-5, 290) holds offers from Maryland, Louisville, Nebraska, Ole Miss, Penn State, Syracuse and TCU.
