**Last night, Capel made his first two new offers. Pitt offered 2019 5-star forward Josh Green from IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida. 247 Sports rates Green as one of the top 30 juniors in the country. Green (6-6, 190)holds offers from schools such as Arizona, UCLA, TCU, Kansas, Virginia, Arizona State, UConn, Maryland, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas A&M, USC and Texas Tech.

**2019 point guard Trey McGowens (6-4, 175) from Hargrove Military Academy in Chatham, Virginia also got a Pitt offer. McGowens is a 4-star recruit and ranked as one of the Top 100 players in the country. McGowens holds offers from Clemson, Ole Miss, NC State, Kansas State, St. John’s, TCU, Tennessee and Wake Forest.

UPDATE (6:31 AM)-

**Jeff Capel wil have a busy day today in the New York/New Jersey area. As we told you last night, Capel will by Archbishop Stepinac High School (New York) to see freshman forward Adrian Griffin, who already has offers from Providence, St. John’s, Maryland, Illinois and Manhattan.

**While in New York, Capel will go see a talented junior center. Pittsburgh Sports Now was told by Kofi Cockburn that Capel will be by to see him today. Cockburn (6-11, 248) is a 4-star recruit from Christ the King Regional in Middle Village, New York. Cockburn is rated as one of the Top 50 players in the country and holds offers from St. John’s, Syracuse, Auburn, UConn, Georgetown, Indiana, LSU, Miami, Oklahoma State, Oregon, Providence, UCLA and Virginia Tech.

**Capel is also scheduled to have an in-home visit with former Robert Morris guard Dachon Burke.
