**Jeff Capel extends an offer to a player from North Carolina. 2019 forward Au’Diese Toney (6-6, 190) from Fayetteville, North Carolina. Toney is rated by Rivals as a 3-star recruit and the 135th player in the country. Toney holds major offers from Kansas State and Virginia Tech.

**An offer this morning from Pitt to a freshman from Michigan. 2021 running back Donovan Edwards (5-11, 175) from West Bloomfield, Michigan received the offer. This is his second offer, the other coming from Michigan. Edwards is the 7th freshman in the Class of 2021 to get an offer already from Pitt. Other are QB Caleb Williams (Washington DC), DT Desmond Watson (Seffner, Florida), DE Monkell Goodwine (Fort Washington, Maryland), LB Aaron Willis (Baltimore, Maryland), CB Omar Simpson (Davie, Florida), Athlete Derrick Davis (Gateway High School) and Athlete Jack Sawyer (Pickerington, Ohio).
