**For the second time today, Pitt has offered a high school freshman. Safety/wide receiver Jacquez Smith from Marietta, Georgia receives the offer. Smith (6-1, 190) also has offers from Florida, Nebraska and Ole Miss.

**2019 3-star OL Zachary Franks (6-6, 270) from Gilman High School in Baltimore, Maryland gets an offer from Pitt. Franks also has offers from Boston College, Duke, Indiana, Maryland, Rutgers, Central Florida, Vanderbilt and Virginia.
UPDATE (8:15 PM)-
**2020 defensive end Latarie Kinsler (6-4, 215), who’s already given a commitment to Louisville, received an offer today from Pitt. Kinsler also has offers from Miami, Nebraska, Oregon and Syracuse. Kinsler got the offer from Charlie Partridge.

**2020 running back Chris Tyree from Thomas Dale High School in Chester, Virginia. Tyree (5-9, 175) is a major recruit with offers already from Penn State, Virginia Tech, Florida State, Georgia, Mississippi State, Tennessee and West Virginia.

**2020 cornerback Josh Moten (5-11, 160) from National Christian Academy in Fort Washington, Maryland gets an offer from Andre Powell and Pitt. Moten has a bunch of major offers already including Maryland, Michigan, Oklahoma, Penn State, South Carolina, Baylor, North Carolina and Virginia Tech.
