Vukovcan: Did Pitt Get in Too Late With Aliquippa’s M.J. Devonshire?

The big news of the day is that Aliquippa cornerback Marlin Devonshire finally received an offer from Pitt.

I said finally because it’s been surprising to many that despite being rated as a 4-star recruit and having been offered already by Ohio State, Devonshire hadn’t received one from the hometown school.
