Here’s the latest on Virginia 4-star shooting guard Aundre Hyatt.
Last night, Hyatt (6-foot-7, 210 pounds) told Pittsburgh Sports Now that he was indeed going to graduate early from Miller School in Charlottesville, Virginia.
As far as his recruiting goes, this means two things: 1) he could reclassify to the Class of 2018 or 2) as Hyatt explained to me, he “might go to post graduate school” which would give him another year to “work on my body and develop” his game more.
Hyatt is currently rated by Rivals as one of the Top 60 juniors in the country and would be a big addition for Jeff Capel. Hyatt is an athletic, high-scoring wing that could provide instant impact to Pitt’s front court.
What does Hyatt think about Pitt?
Hyatt told PSN that “Pitt is a favorite” and that “I plan on visiting once I get home from school.”
