Jaheim Thomas was one of the many highly rated players that enjoyed their visit to Pitt this weekend.
Thomas (6-4, 200) is a 2020 Rivals four-star linebacker from Princeton High School in Cincinnati, Ohio. At this point, Thomas holds offers from Pitt, Michigan, Michigan State, Nebraska, Iowa, Georgia Tech, Purdue, Wisconsin, Louisville, Kentucky and Vanderbilt.
Thomas made the trip from Cincinnati to Pittsburgh with a group of his teammates and although he didn’t participate due to an injury, the Pitt staff rolled out the red carpet to welcome him.

“The visit was very exciting,” Thomas said. “I met all of the coaches and they all showed me a lot of love. The coaches were very warm to me and really welcomed me. I liked it, actually I loved it. That’s one of the reasons I make trips to different colleges, I want to see how they treat me and if I’m a priority to them. I felt that at Pitt.
“When I got there, we went to the camp but then I left and they took me on a 2-hour tour of the campus with coaches from Pitt. After the tour, I went back to the camp and talked with Coach Narduzzi and the defensive coordinator. It was good, I felt comfortable talking with them.”
It’s early in his recruiting process but Thomas likes what he’s seen from Pitt and says they’re a school that have caught his eye.
“I will be back to Pitt for another visit for sure. I can tell that I can see myself getting serious with them.”
