Pontifications from the Guru: Pitt Camp Offers and Fan Reaction

In this week’s Pontifications from the Guru, Harry Psaros hits back at the negative reaction from fans regarding the last four Pitt commitments.

In part one, Harry explains why you can’t judge a recruit by the number of offers from other schools–especially when it comes to late bloomers who did enough to impress the coaches at camp and earn an offer.

In part two, Harry discusses Nick Malone from Morgantown, WV and how he recently transitioned from basketball to football and how that may have hurt his recruitment among Power 5 schools and drops some interesting information about why he may not have gotten an offer from his hometown school.

Harry also talks about Matt Goncalves, a possible hidden gem from an under-recruited area of the country and “freak athlete Jared Wayne”.
