GIBSONIA — One of the WPIAL’s best went up against one of the nation’s best at Pine-Richland High School Friday night, as top WPIAL recruit Andrew Kristofic went head-to-head with the No. 1 recruit in the country, IMG Academy’s Nolan Smith.
Smith, a Savannah, Georgia native and future Georgia Bulldogs defensive end, recorded two sacks in the game and several tackles for loss, but Kristofic, a Notre Dame commit, held his own against the country’s best.
