2019 OT Liam Dick ‘Blown Away’ by Pitt Visit

By all accounts, Pat Narduzzi and his staff did a great job over the weekend hosting players on their official visits to Pitt.

One uncommitted player that left with a very positive impression was 2019 offensive tackle Liam Dick.

Dick made the trip with his father and uncle and it sounds like Pitt did nothing to hurt their chances of landing the big man from Canada.

“Honestly, Pitt has the best of both worlds, academics and football wise,” Dick told Pittsburgh Sports Now. “The school is absolutely amazing. They have everything you need to succeed in life, even after football. It was awesome just to be able to see the best of both worked pretty much.”

As mentioned earlier, Dick was accompanied on the visit with his dad and uncle who were equally impressed.

“They were blown away with Pittsburgh and what the school has to offer. My dad has been with me on trips before but it was my uncle’s first time coming on a visit with me. He was blown away and both were very impressed,” said Dick.

Although Dick plans on making his final decision next Wednesday, this weekend won’t be the final meeting between the two sides.

Dick tells PSN that Narduzzi and Dave Borbely with travel to Canada this Thursday for an in-home visit and get in their final recruiting pitch to him.
