Former North Catholic guard Sam Breen, who announced in early December that she intended to transfer from the Penn State women’s basketball, has committed to UMass.

Breen, a true sophomore, played four games this season and scored 12 points. She appeared in 22 games off the bench for the Lions in 2017-18.
