Pitt’s top remaining recruiting target has a trip planned to Oakland.
Aliquippa 4-star cornerback M.J. Devonshire is planning to make his official visit to Pitt the weekend of January 11th.
Over the last couple of months, members of the Pitt coaching staff have made several visits to Aliquippa and have made it clear to him that he was very high on their recruiting board.
Pitt only has a few more scholarships available for this class and would love to add the talented Devonshire, who would give them someone capable of being a play-maker on offense, defense and special teams.
Pittsburgh Sports Now has also learned that the following weekend Devonshire will make his second official visit to Ohio State (January 18-20).
At this point, these are the only two official visits that he has planned but Devonshire will re-evaluate things after the holidays to determine if he’ll make two more.
