PITTSBURGH — Pitt head coach Jeff Capel said, “it’s time to flush 2018.”
Pitt put the tumultuous calendar year in the rear-view mirror with a 68-54 win over Colgate at Petersen Events Center on Saturday afternoon, and Capel broke down the victory, getting the Panthers to 10 years, and his desire to put in the past all of the trials and tribulations the last 365 days have brought to Pitt basketball.
He also started to turn the page and look forward to next Saturday’s ACC opener against North Carolina.
