Even with the Panthers playing Colgate in their non-conference finale on Saturday, the Pitt coaches were still busy working on recruiting, and for the second night in a row, their focus was on underclassmen.

Saturday, Pitt hosted one underclassman for an unofficial visit and offered another.

Marcus Bagley, a junior small forward from Sheldon High School in Sacramento, California, received an offer from the Panthers. Bagley is the younger brother of Sacramento Kings forward Marvin Bagley III, who Jeff Capel recruited to play at Duke.

The younger Bagley is a 6-foot-7 wing with offers from Arizona, Arizona State, Long Beach State, Nevada, Pacific, Portland, UCLA, USC, UNLV.

Meanwhile, sophomore Ryan Conway was in for a visit. Conway, a 6-foot-1 point guard, plays for Dulaney High School in Timonium, Maryland, which is north of Baltimore. A consensus three-star prospect, Conway is nonetheless rate as the No. 61 player in the 2021 class by 247 Sports composite. He holds offers from Boise State, Bryant, Kansas State, Loyola Maryland, Old Dominion, TCU and Towson.

Pitt was also scheduled to host 2019 power forward Karim Coulibaly this weekend.
