Duquesne’s Sincere Carry Named A-10 Rookie of the Week

The legend of Sincere Carry continues to grow.

Today, the Duquesne point guard was named the Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week. This is the second time that Carry has won this award. Back on December 24, he shared the award with St. Joe’s Jared Bynum.

In two road wins, Carry averaged 20 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. The Ohio native now ranks second in the conference in assists (5.6) and steals (2.9) per game.

Wednesday night, the Dukes (13-5, 4-1) open an important 3-game homestand as they take on 3 top-tier conference opponents (St. Louis, VCU and Rhode Island).
