**Pitt has extended an offer to a committed Michigan State recruit, offer 2019 athlete Alante Brown. Brown, a consensus three-star recruit and a four-star recruit according to 247 Sports, committed to Michigan State back in June, but did not sign with the Spartans during the early signing period.
Brown is 6-foot, 190 pounds and played quarterback at Simeon High School in Chicago, but committed to Michigan State as a wide receiver.
Cincinnati and Florida State have also recently offered Brown, who had originally committed to Miami-Ohio in April. He de-committed from the RedHawks in June, and committed to Michigan State two days after the Spartans offered.
He also previously held offers from Ball State, Central Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, Northern Illinois, Texas Tech, Toledo, Western Michigan and Wyoming.
