After playing well in last weekend’s East-West Shrine Game, where he rushed for a game-high 77 yards on 12 carries, Pitt running back Darrin Hall has been invited to play in this weekend’s Senior Bowl.
The Senior Bowl is the premiere senior all-star game and is an indicator that a player is at the top of the radar of NFL teams. The game this Saturday is in Mobile, Alabama and will be televised on the NFL Network at 2:30 p.m.
This season, Hall ranked seventh nationally in rushing yards per carry, averaging a Pitt-record 7.48. The old mark was set by Tony Dorsett (6.6 yards per carry) back in 1975.
