A couple days ago, McNeil told Pittsburgh Sports Now that “I’ve made some cuts and Pitt made it.”
After thinking things over, the prolific 3-point shooter from Sinclair College doesn’t have the Panthers in his final six teams.
After revealing his Top Six this afternoon, PSN asked McNeil about what changed?
”I just felt that my relationship with the coaches wasn’t as strong and where it needed to be to move forward,” said McNeil. “Great people and did a great job recruiting me, just felt that we were a little behind.”
With McNeil no longer an option, look for Jeff Capel to continue to look for a 3-point threat via the grad transfer route.
