Carmody, a four-star, 6-foot-5, 285-pound tackle, earned an offer from Notre Dame — the same school his older brother Robbie attends for basketball.

Carmody has the most high-level offers of any 2020 WPIAL player, with scholarships on the table from Auburn, Boston College, Duke, Louisville, Maryland, Miami, Michigan, Michigan State, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Missouri, Nebraska, Northwestern, Ohio State, Penn State, Pitt, Syracuse, Texas A&M, Virginia, Virginia Tech, West Virginia and Wisconsin

**Penn Hills 2020 safety Aakeem Snell picked up an offer from UMass on Saturday, making seven FBS offers for the 6-foot-2, 180-pound athlete.

**Norwin 2020 quarterback Jack Salopek received an offer from Sacred Heart on Saturday, making nine Division I offers for the Pitt and Duquesne target.

PSN tased with Salopek as part of its Recruiting the WPIAL series.

PITT FOOTBALL OFFERS

Pat Narduzzi and company extended two offers to sophomores over the weekend, reaching out to New Jersey defensive lineman Tywone Malone and Florida offensive lineman Charles Anderson.

Malone is a four-star defensive tackle from Bergen Catholic in Oradell, New Jersey. He’s 6-foot-2, 280 pounds and is rated as a four-star prospect by 247 Sports and the top player in the state of New Jersey in the Class of 2021.

Armstrong is an interesting prospect from Manatee High School in Bradenton, Florida. Pitt was the first school to offer him on Friday, quickly followed by offers from UCF, Tulane and Western Kentucky. He’s 6-foot-5 and 265 pounds.

PITT WBB OFFERS

It’s been a busy couple of weeks for Pitt head coach Lance White and company. They offered another host of players over the weekend.
