Michael Carmody has a long list of college offers but he received a special one on Sunday.
The 4-star offensive tackle from Mars got news that his latest offer was from Notre Dame, the place where his brother Robby currently plays college basketball.
Carmody (6’7”, 295) now has major offers from Pitt, Penn State, Notre Dame, Auburn, Miami, Michigan, Michigan State, Mississippi, Mississippi State, Northwestern, Stanford, Texas A&M, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
Rivals rates Carmody as the second best junior prospect in Pennsylvania for 2020.
In an interview last week with Mike White of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Carmody said that Pitt, Penn State, Ohio State, Michigan and Virginia Tech are schools that have showed him “the most love.”
In the story, White also mentions that Notre Dame will be visiting this week and Carmody will be making an unofficial visit to Texas A&M this weekend.
