Pitt is out with 2019 3-star center Rodney Howard.
It looked as though Pitt could get a visit and attempt to strength their relationship but Howard has picked a final two.
Sunday night, the former Ole Miss commitment announce that he’d be deciding soon between Georgia Tech and Georgia.
Last week, Howard spoke individually with both Milan Brown and Capel, who really made a positive impression on Howard’s mother. However, that wasn’t enough to get them a visit.
What’s this mean for Pitt?
The top three front court targets remain centers Nigel John, Charles Coleman and Josaphat Bilau. John appears to be a real strong candidate to commit to Pitt.
As of yesterday, John told PSN that no official visit has been scheduled to Pitt.
Of the bigs they’re chasing I thought Howard was the worst fit. I think Bilau is the most talented and hope they sign him, and John is a good player too. Fingers crossed. H2P.
