Top 2020 NJ Recruit Jalen Berger Puts Pitt in Top 10
Pitt is in the Top 10 for four-star 2020 running back Jalen Berger, he announced on Twitter on Tuesday evening.
Berger, a 6-foot, 187-pound back from Dom Bosco Prep in Ramsey, New Jersey, is a consensus four-star recruit, the No. 1 recruit in the state of New Jersey and the No. 9 running back in the nation, according to 247 Sports composite rankings.

Berger listed Pitt as well as Alabama, LSU, Michigan, Ohio State, Oregon, Penn State, Rutgers, Syracuse and West Virginia.

He took an unofficial visit to Pitt back in April, and New Jersey area recruiter Tim Salem also visited him this spring.
Berger has also recently taken unofficial visits to Ohio State, Rutgers and Syracuse.
