“The academic center was just great,” Parrish told Pittsburgh Sports Now. “I loved the Cathedral of Learning. Academics is the main key for me. We went into the building and saw all the classrooms which were amazing. I really liked that and it was my favorite part of the trip.”

“My next favorite thing was Pitt’s locker room. I never saw anything like that, it was amazing. The whole visit was more than I ever expected. I didn’t know that it was going to be like that. I wanted to feel like home and I felt that at Pitt.”

Parrish (5-foot-10, 175) said us that he patterns himself after a current star NFL running back.

“I look like and pattern myself after Ezekiel Elliott,” said Parrish. “I can do all kind of things with the ball, can both run and catch the ball. I can be a back that makes you miss but also use my power but mainly, I’m going to make you miss.”

Parrish will add to Pitt’s growing list of talent at the running back position with AJ Davis, Daniel Carter, Todd Sibley, Vincent Davis and Mychale Salahuddin.

“The offense that they run and the formations that they use for their running backs was big for me,” said Parrish. “I feel like I could do well running in that.”

Parrish is Pitt’s ninth commitment for their Class of 2020 and the third offensive playe, joining wide receiver Jaylon Barden and offensive tackle Michael Statham.
