It’s been a busy month for Jeff Capel’s program in terms of making the cut for a number of elite 2020 recruits.
The question now is whether not they can take the next step and get commitments from any of these players. In order for Pitt to take the next step as a program, they need to eventually start getting commitments from these players instead of just being one of their finalists.
Capel and his staff have recruited well enough to get Donovan Johnson, RJ Davis, John Hugley, Earl Timberlake, Noah Collier, Myles Stute and Jalen Bridges to consider them but will any of them eventually wear the Pitt uniform?
No one has a guaranteed answer to that question but you can start speculating on which of those players Pitt has the best chance of getting a commitment from.
After talking with various people in the recruiting world and from my conversations with these players, here’s how I’d rank them 1 through 7 in terms of who has the best chance of committing to Pitt.
