The Pitt men’s basketball program announced on Friday that they’ll host Slippery Rock in an exhibition game on October 30th.
This will be the fourth all-time meeting between the two schools. The last game took place back in 2017 as the Panthers defeated Slippery Rock, 71-59.
Pitt has won 36 consecutive preseason exhibition games with the last loss coming to Marathon Oil during the 1998-99 season.
The Panthers open the 2019 season with a conference game as they’ll host Florida State on November 6th. Pitt’s complete 2019-20 schedule, including game times and TV schedule, will be released later this month.
